Pilot service terms
The basis for exploring Tell with your business.
Updated 28 September 2026 · Pilot service
What Tell does
Tell is an AI receptionist service for participating businesses. Available functions depend on the business setup and include answering questions, checking availability, making bookings, taking messages and transferring callers to staff. The assistant introduces itself as AI.
Your pilot agreement
Setup, service scope, pricing, usage, billing, cancellation and support arrangements must be agreed with the team before a paid service begins. Requesting an introduction or viewing the demo does not create a paid subscription. A written business agreement takes precedence over this pilot overview.
Your business information
Keep opening hours, availability, services, prices, policies and staff destinations accurate. Check the assistant with test calls before routing customer calls to it. You are responsible for choosing appropriate account access and for your use of caller information.
Human judgement and availability
AI can misunderstand a caller or provide an incorrect answer. Keep an appropriate staff handover and review conversations that need attention. Tell is not an emergency service and should not be used for diagnosis or other decisions that require a qualified professional. Telephone and AI services can be interrupted.
Acceptable use
Use Tell only for lawful business communications. Do not impersonate others, remove the AI disclosure, attempt unauthorised access, or submit information you are not entitled to use. Protect your login and invite only authorised teammates.
Changes, cancellation and questions
Contact the team before making changes that affect your agreement. The agreed order or service agreement should state cancellation, liability, refund and governing-law terms. This draft does not add an unagreed charge, cancellation period or service guarantee.
