Read your usage
Usage & billing shows calls and conversation duration for the selected month in your business timezone. Export the daily totals as CSV when you need a copy.
Your pilot quote
During the pilot, pricing is agreed with the Tell team based on business needs and expected usage. Opening a workspace or requesting an introduction does not itself create a paid subscription.
Online billing
When online billing is connected, owners can review an available subscription in checkout, manage payment methods and view invoices. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted pages.
Questions about a charge
Open Help & support, select Billing or a quote, and include the invoice reference. Do not send full card details. Your invoice follows your agreed plan; conversation duration alone is not a complete cost calculation.
